小暑Slight Heat 是农历24节气之第11个节气，夏天的第5个节气，表示季夏时节的正式开始，通常始于每年的7月6日至8日之间，太阳到达黄经105度时叫小暑节气。小暑代表天气开始热起来了，但是还不是最热的哦。

Xiaoshu is the 11th solar term of the 24 solar terms in the lunar calendar, and the 5th solar term in summer. It means the official beginning of the Seasonal Summer season. It usually begins between July 6 and 8 every year. When the sun reaches the celestial longitude of 105 degrees, it’s the time for “Slight Heat”. Slight heat means it’s hot but not the hottest.

这个时候长江沿岸地区连绵的雨季即将结束，进入夏季。而中国北部及东北地区将进入雨季。夏至以后，将一一迎来三阶段的酷暑阶段。在中国，我们叫它三“伏”，意思是这个天气人们不宜活动，最好躺着不动。小暑前后，就是第一“伏”。
